The Slice provides a deeper Level of Learning by allowing our students to have a face to face interaction with our amazing coaches. We work closely with radio and television to allow new talent to learn and grow while in the studio and onset.

The Slice has an immediate opening for a full-time talent. We are looking for a well-spoken confident individual, to join them in the role of Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Management team to formulate customer service strategy
  • Take responsibility to produce specific communications related to training, workshops, and events
  • Help the customers understand the services provided and answer any questions regarding any reservations
  • Set up appointments for informational meetings
  • Gather feedback and testimonials
  • Provide customer service support as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Proven marketing or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and multi-task
